This is a collage work, bleeding tissue papers, washi papers, markers, and mixed media. My work is centered on my strong passion for color. It is an intuitive process to recollections of memories and is influenced by my daily life and nature. I am inspired by pattern and rhythms around my surroundings. My work has evolved using vivid colors and bold abstract shapes and lines to express my emotions and feelings. This piece is from the “Revelation” series. It is a collection of different size and patterns of circles and square shapes. The power of colors and their interplay, rhythm and direction, all these elements flow together as a dynamic whole.
